The Real Estate market in Seattle and the surrounding area has gotten really competitive to the point where even the most ridiculous homes are selling for outrageous prices.

This is a property we purchased in Seattle, WA.

A house we purchased sight unseen off market early 2021 with HCC Purchasing and that definitely came with some surprises.

When buying homes for cash from wholesalers, often times we can't visit the house until we purchase it.

This house had the strangest design. The house was first built as tiny one bedroom house on the outskirts of Seattle. One of the bathroom doors was in the middle of the kitchen. The kitchen was tiny. There's was definitely a ton of issues with this home.

We realized that this home would take a lot of work to get into shape.

Starting right off with demo and getting the designs made up.

With lot of going back and forth design team on the design of the house.

We finally decided on a open concept with a huge open area for the kitchen, living room and diving room. Once all the design work was done by Home Care Contractors. Home Care Contractors is one of the best design and build companies in the Seattle area.

We drew out a rough layout for the design team but we were having a hard time figuring out how to place the kitchen.

Once we got all the demo done, we started on the framing of the new layout. Already the Shoreline, WA flip was starting to look a lot better. We got all the rough electrical and plumbing taken care of and on to the next step.
